We offer an initial 15-minute call that is free of charge – this is important to help us ascertain whether we can provide the right support for your circumstances. If following this initial call, we agree that further support from us will be helpful, we can then schedule the first consultation. If a different service may be able to provide more appropriate help, we will try to direct you to the right person or organisation.
Registered Private Provider for AXA, BUPA, AVIVA, WPA, CIGNA. For individual psychological therapy you are welcome to use your insurance.

Hourly rate starts at £125.00 for online consultations and £225.00 for in-person consultations.
