About us

Welcome to our circle

Here at Full Circle we have created an inclusive space which ensures that all parents and children have access to professional and evidence-based support that nurtures both the psychological and emotional wellbeing of the child and family.

Our online service is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all who need it wherever they are.

Meet our founder

"I am passionate about bringing Psychology out of the clinic and textbooks and into everyday life. There are so many evidence-based ideas that can be genuinely transformational, and I am on a mission to positively change the lives of children, teens and parents, one family at a time.

Our approach to working with our clients is one that involves warmth, a genuine curiosity and interest to understand their unique story and to provide help that fits each unique individual client we work with. By providing a safe and secure place for our clients, I find that we quickly build trust and an openness that encourages exploration of what causes that feeling of being stuck with an issue or problem, and out of that the way forward becomes clearer.

We encourage our clients, both young and old to own the journey of discovery and change. I say this a thousand times over… to understand is to be empowered – when we finally gain a clear understanding of what causes our distress or difficulties, the path ahead is clearer and the choices we make or don’t make are ours to be decided upon. This is when real change happens and the shifts we long to see become possible."
